  • Description :

    The Corporate sales administrator provides vital support to the entire global sales team and their customers in the automotive industry. They will handle important administrative tasks such as creating, entering, submitting and tracking formal quotations in various formats, organization, and updating of files, review and verification of purchase orders etc. They act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office.

    Job Duties:

    • Quote submittals in various formats, follow up and tracking.
    • Charting of all part changes and pricing.
    • Receipt of PO’s, verifying accuracy, discrepancy resolution, follow up and filing.
    • Customer file management and constant updating.
    • Attend sales and CCR meetings on weekly basis. Others as required.
    • Communicate daily with all departments for effective customer support.
    • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries in order to support sales team or other departments.

    Knowledge & Education:

    • Post-Secondary Education (College Diploma or University Degree).
    • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
    • Experience working with OEM’s and Tier’s in the automotive industry.
    • Direct experience working in the automotive portals is preferred.
    • Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • A team player with exceptional customer service skills is a must.
    • Ability to work in a face passed and at times stressful environment.
    • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.

    Work Conditions:

    • Some travel may be required.
    • Ability to attend meetings and conduct presentations.
    • Overtime as required.
    • Off-site training may be required.
