The selected candidate will work with a team in a broad range of activities, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism. The candidate will apply job skills and applicable policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks. This includes but is not limited to programming the CMM to measure components and fixtures, recording data, summarizing and clearly communicating results for contribution to reports.

Job Duties:

• Use CMM and other inspection equipment to measure conformance of products to specifications and standards
• Completes quality portion of new job processing, including verifying quality data as well as writing and maintaining current program database.
• Strictly maintains, adheres to and enforces documentation, data gathering and record keeping requirements according to the established systems
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Knowlegde & Experience:

• 1-2 years of related experience
• PCDMIS Software programming experience
• Ability to understand blueprints, specifications and technical data
• Thorough knowledge of GD&T, Datum schemes and tolerances required
• CNC Machining capabilities (asset)
• PPAP Knowledge (asset)
• ISO and TS-16949 or ITAF awareness (asset)

Work Eperience:

• Physical ability to lift 50lbs
• Safety equipment will be require (steel-toed safety boots, safety goggles/glasses)
• Travel to off-site locations may be required
• Overtime as required
