Job Title : Forklift Operator - Afternoon Shift
Description :
The Forklift Operator is required to utilize industrial trucks equipped to move materials around a warehouse, production facility, or similar location. Responsibilities include the loading and unloading of trucks, supporting control with inventory documentation and full adherence to Occupational Health and Safety compliance regulations.

Job Duties:
- Operate lifting devices, e.g. forklifts, hoists, elevating platforms
- Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, and lifting devices.
- Ensure incoming trucks are docked safely as per WMG standards
- Accurately ship and receive product
- Support inventory control with accurate documentation
- Complete time sheets
- Follow all workplace safety policies, and compliance regulations
- Perform daily pre-trip inspection of forklift and note all deficiencies
- Accurately weigh and document materials
- Provide production data on tags or labels
Knowledge & Education:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Able to work well under pressure
- 3-5 years experience as a forklift operator
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail
Work Conditions:
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required
