Windsor Machine Group supports the protection of human rights (including equality of opportunity) in all its employment practices, policies and procedures.

WMG does not use child labour, forced or compulsory labour. WMG upholds the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining. WMG will not tolerate human rights abuses, and will not engage or be complicit in any activity that solicits or encourages human rights abuse. We will always strive to build trust, deliver mutual advantage and demonstrate respect for human dignity and rights in all relationships we enter into, including respect for cultures, customs and values of individuals and groups.

Every employee is trained with our Policy during onboarding and encouraged to report all suspected violations using our online Whistle-blowing service or by contacting management or Human Resources. WMG is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity in order to maintain excellence in our daily operations.
